As defined within Terms and Conditions:

Due to the nature of the sale, the limited number of edition prints, Original Artworks, Commissions and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been despatched, returns or refunds on any purchase are not accepted.

In the event the item is received defective or damaged in transit, please email info@pop-painted.com within 14 days of purchase. Photos will be required of the damage - artwork and packaging showing the date and time the image was taken.
