SHIPPING Policy...

We ship within the UK, Europe and internationally - Shipping costs apply.

 

Original and Limited Numbered Prints: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the parcel and the address of the recipient.

If the piece is being shipped directly to a framer, kindly note within the ‘comments’ section upon purchase.

 

Commissions: Due to the design and painting process, the cost of shipment is provided upon completion of the commissioned piece. 

If an estimate of the shipment cost is required upfront, kindly confirm during the commission consultation. The cost of the delivery estimate will be noted within the Contract Definition.

Note: Estimated delivery costs are subject to change.

 

If a commissioned piece is being shipped directly to a framer, confirmation is required during the commission consultation discussion for shipment and Contract Definition purposes.

 

All shipments are made promptly upon payment  - typically within 3 days.

UK Shipping services are via Special Delivery methods.

International Shipping services are via a Tracking service. 

All delivery items are insured for the value of the item purchased (less delivery costs) and is subject to a cost-efficient delivery provider.

A tracking/delivery reference number will be provided upon shipment via email/delivery notification.

 

If an alternative shipping option is preferred, please contact info@pop-painted.com to discuss; all alternative delivery costs are payable by the customer. Pop Painted take no responsibility for any alternative delivery option outside of the arranged delivery service defined within these terms.

 

International tax, import and customs charges are payable by the customer. 

 

Pop Painted is not responsible for lost, mis-deliveries, missing deliveries, damaged parcels or responsibility upon receipt at a framing service.

 

All delivery charges are subject to change. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
